Yeah, I think I screwed up the performance calculations, I knew I was heavy and knew there was adverse weather at the far end of the runway, so I tried to keep the ROC low to build airspeed. Got a few 'don't sink' warnings and the AT went into A-FLOOR, but I didn't hit anything, and didn't get a stall warning. If there had been passengers on board i would have been fired for sure! But, fair comment... I didn't follow the 6P's - Proper Preparation Prevents Piss Poor Performance!
