09:10 Overspeed! 492kts, 37096AGL this was due to me accidentally closing my active sky, you can see a rectified the issue straight away

No problem.. Overspeeds only lead to a rejection if they are excessive and prolonged. 15 to 20 overspeed warnings would be considered excessive.
