Hi stephen, what was the reason for the stall after take off ?
Hi Ryan, to be perfectly honest I didn't get an actual stall warning during takeoff (flying the PMDG 747-8F with ActiveSky wx) although it was VERY bumpy! Thunderstorms were in the area and I had increased my TO thrust rating to compensate. Also I had to change my departure runway at the last minute to avoid a huge buildup - I wish I'd have taken a picture of my wx radar! METAR from departure: DBBB 280100Z 04005KT 350V130 3500 TSRA FEW003 BKN007 SCT023CB 23/22 Q1013 TEMPO 2000 +TSRA
No problem, that will be the reason. Active sky sometimes throws out false stalls, just keep an eye out on your pireps for me when in bad weather. Cheers, Ryan
