Never got a AFK message pop up, please can this flight be reconsidered

Hi mark, unfortunately not. Our AFK pops up 3 hours + into all flights, therefore it should of been expected. Further more it’s a pilot’s responsibility to review their pirep and add any comments if they have experienced issues during the flight, when submitting a report. Unfortunately the AFK was likely to have been on your taskbar without you noticing, as we don’t have causes where it doesn’t show up. When logging a flight we always suggest that you keep the flight dispatch centre open as it gives you an audio warning when the AFK is activated to ensure you don’t miss it, I would suggest doing this in the future.
