I have read the regulations and it appears Ihaven't missed an AFK check as the first check pops up after 3 hours of flight and this flight was shorter than that. I was concerned because the tracker showed AFK INACTIVE. So just ignore the above! Sorry :)

I have missed AFK check, my apologies. I confirm I was in the cockpit throughout the whole flight (on Vatsim and under heavy ATC in London).
