Hi Gary can you explain me the simrate 4X please, per the rules in the va we dont allow simrate greater then 1x

Hi Wim, I have no idea why the sim rate has registered in the tracker greater than x1. I always fly at the sim rate of x1 and to be honest I have never used the time compression feature in the sim. This clearly must have been a bug seeing how the sim rate changed so many times between x1 x2 and x4 over the course of the flight. If necessary I can re-fly the route with the same aircraft to see if the issue is repeatable? My follow-on flight from LEGE to EGCC was completed with a x1 sim rate so the previous flight is really strange indeed.

ok i will accept the flight for this time thanks for responding, if it happens again we have too see why this happens, maybe a shortcut or button pressed when outside the sim during flight

Hi Wim, I have checked all my controls settings and profiles for the different aircraft and controllers that I have and I do not have any bindings for either sim rate, decrease sim rate or increase sim rate set up, this is all very strange! I also noticed that the tracker recorded a flight time of 2:01 hrs whereas the flight, according to my simbrief flight plan should have had an air time of 3:38 hrs and a block time of 4:06 hrs. I am more than happy for you to delete this PIREP. I will fly the same route and aircraft this evening to see if this issue re-occurs........ hopefully not!
