Overspeed due to MSFS stutters. Slightly over fpm on landing, i'm guessing due to freeware scenary and it causing fps fluctuations and stutters.

MCDU said 139kt for landing, can you explain to me why 138kt is a unequivocal rejection? I don't understand why

I should have said landing rate rather than speed. 757fpm is the reason for the rejection.
