Please explain the Slew

In addition to the slew, there were several instances of the engines shutting down mid-flight with several restarts. There do seem to be too many issues with this pirep. Please can you explain what happened before we reject/accept this flight. Thanks!

Hi, Hi, I experienced CTD during the flight. Right on the final approach. I recovered the flight and returned the plane to the position where the simuhator collapsed and made the landing. Thanks
