This probably should be rejected. Had icing on the flyjsim dash 8 and even with all the anti ice procedures the engines died. Doing some homework on this now!
Well, there is nothing in the PIREP that would mean this would need to be rejected, landing rate if ok for the Dash-8. Maybe you got away with one :P
