I was AFK on a phone call when the first overspeed happened at 1024. Came back at 1045 and the a/p had disconnected and the flight had decelerated and descended to FL31. Second overspeed was when I was trying to sort it all. After that CTD with Cork in sight. A complete mess in the end!
