Hi Robert, welcome to UK virtual! It's great to have you here, we just have a few issues with the flights you have submitted today which I will explain below. I strongly recommend that you read the getting started page found here : https://www.ukvirtual.co.uk/index.php/newstart - and the regulations found here : https://www.ukvirtual.co.uk/index.php/regulations - before your next flight. The reason I say this is that you have flown a charter flight on both you flights today, when you should of flown a schedule. JBU1137 was available for your first flight and RYR668, EIN272 and STK3264 were available for your second. As the rules explain schedules are to be used before charter mode, its your choice on the aircraft and livery and it does not have to match the schedule - just has to be used. Finally, you must hold an active discord account with UK virtual, details on how to do so are found on the discord page.
