Hi Rob, the Tracker is not designed to be restarted while a flight is in progress. Restarting it while on the ground may restart the tracking for that flight and you will lose whatever has been tracked previous to that (as appears has happened here). If you have issues with the filing, your best bet is to close the tracker, go to your Terminal page and wait for it to timeout (2 mins of disconnection from the Tracker) and you will be given the option to Discard or Recover your flight. Click Recover and file the PIREP. It wil include all the hours flown. Never restart the tracker while the flight is still live. If your Sim crashes at any point, keep the Tracker open and you can restart the Sim and resume the flight where it crashed (either using an autosaved flight in FSUIPC or just by positioning your plane back at the point it crashed. This particular flight has lost almost all the data so I can't do anything with it and we can't investigate what went wrong with the filing.

To end a flight, Engine shutdown at your arrival airport will auto trigger the end flight, and you just have to hit "Send", or use the "End Flight" button which activates when you touchdown and then "Send".
