SWA Leg 5 - I landed then sim froze. I reloaded the scenerio and then went down quick and couldn't recover because sim wasn't reacting to my action. Going to load at the airport and see if I can file this Pirep

1- I did land safely and recorded a -112 landing rate. Upon exiting the runway my sim froze and I had to reload. 2- The stall well was on my second attempt thinking If I head to my last timestamp save point and just land real quick and file the pirep it will be great. Little did I expect upon setting up for landing my sim again acted up. Froze on me, then it recovered and when it did It stalled and nothing I did was helping me to recover. And let me be specific when I say "recover" my control throttles, axis and so on was not responsive. It was if I had no maneuverability control at my leisure to fly. So my rejection was based on a stall I get that but, to an extent, I find it unacceptable if the original first flight was a successful flight ( Take-off/ landing). I had no control what so ever due to technical probabilities that no one can or could predict would happen. But will accept the rejection if that is your final decision. Do I need to redo the flight?

Hello jai, thanks for your response. If you had provided the above explanation in your first comment, you would not have had the flight rejected. I can only go of the data provided, and not what actually happened in the sim. We provide a recovery service for all scheduled flights in cases where your flight sim crashes. All you have to do is close the tracker, go to terminal > my bookings and select the relevant flight. After a minute or so you will receive an audio warning saying " problem detected" and you will be given the option in the top right to recover or reject that flight. Please follow this process if future problems with the sim occur. With your explanation, I will accept your flight but please remember I can only go off the data given, not always the reality. Kind regards, Ryan.

Thank you for responding quickly. I believe that I did leave a comment when I filled the pirep. It wasn't very detailed nor coherent since I was aggravated as one would expect and also in a hurry to head out. Never-the-less thanks again for accepting the pirep and next time If this situation happens again I will be more specific and follow these procedures better to the letter.
